摘  要:骨包虫病,即骨棘球蚴病,是一种严重的、罕见人畜共患的寄生虫病,呈全球分布,在我国主要分布在西南和西北的牧区,潜伏期长且致残率高,好发于脊柱和骨盆,起病隐匿、病程长且致残率高,发现时大多已到中晚期,严重影响患者的正常生活,故早期诊断对于找到正确的治疗方法至关重要,骨包虫病的确诊需要依赖影像学检查,目前主要的影像学技术手段有:X线、CT、MRI,三种影像学技术手段对于诊断骨包虫病均有各自的优势。笔者对近年来骨包虫病影像学表现进行综述,以提高早期诊断率并及时予以治疗。Bone echinococcosis,also known as bone echinococcosis,is a serious and rare zoonotic parasitic disease,which is distributed globally.It is mainly distributed in the pastoral areas of southwest and northwest China.It has a long incubation period and high disability rate.It occurs in the spine and pelvis,which seriously affects the normal life of patients.Early diagnosis is very important for finding the correct treatment method.The diagnosis of bone hydatid disease depends on imaging examination.At present,the main imaging techniques are:X-ray,CT,MRI.Three imaging techniques have their own advantages for the diagnosis of bone hydatid disease.The author reviewed the imaging findings of bone hydatid disease in recent years to improve the diagnosis rate and timely treatment.
