摘  要:建立了一种用于环境水样和食物样品中Cr(Ⅵ)含量检测的新方法。该方法以氮掺杂硅量子点(N-SiQDs)作为荧光探针,在λex=360 nm条件下,荧光强度随着Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的变化呈线性猝灭关系。线性范围分别为0.5~5.0μg mL^(-1)和5.0~12.0μg mL^(-1),检出限为0.16μg mL^(-1),RSD=0.56%,并成功用于环境水样和食物样品中Cr(Ⅵ)的检测。该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、速度快、成本低廉等优点。This study develops a new method for the determination of Cr(VI)in environmental water samples and food samples,which uses nitrogen-doped silicon quantum dots(N-SiQDs)as fluorescent probes.It finds that the fluorescence intensity of N-SiQDs presents a good linear relationship with the concentration of Cr(VI)atλex=360 nm.And the linear ranges are 0.5~5.0μg mL^(-1) and 5.0~12.0μg mL^(-1),with the detection limits of 0.16μg mL^(-1) and RSD=0.56%.This developed method has also been successfully used for the detection of Cr(VI)in different matrix samples.It is efficient,easy to operation,low in cost and has high sensitivity.
