摘 要:依托创新及就业战略驱动,分析了地方高校电气专业在“发电厂电气部分”课程上普遍存在的问题,并指出实验教学条件及理论教学方式是制约创新应用型人才培养的关键因素。采取虚拟仿真教学模式,以工程项目为驱动,以实际就业为引领,以综合实践竞赛为载体并融入课程思政,构建混合理论教学体系,培养了学生开放自主的实践探索能力,综合分析和实际解决工程问题的能力。实践证明取得了较好的成效,对地方高校应用创新型人才的培养有一定借鉴意义。Driven by innovation and employment strategies,this paper analyzes the common problems of electrical majors in local colleges and universities in the course of“Electrical Part of Power Plants”,and points out that experimental teaching conditions and theoretical teaching methods are the key factors to restrict the cultivation of innovative and applied talents.With the adoption of the virtual simulation teaching mode and driven by engineering projects,it introduces actual employment as the guidance and comprehensive practice competition as a carrier to build a mixed theoretical teaching system integrated with curriculum ideology and politics,which can cultivate students’practical ability to explore problems in an open and independent way and their practical ability to analyze and solve engineer problems.It has been proved by practice that this study has gained good results,which can provide certain reference for the cultivation of applied innovative talents in local colleges and universities.
