摘　　要：以2-氨基苯甲酰胺(2)和靛红(3)为起始原料、三氯化锑(SbCl 3)为催化剂、1,2-二氯乙烷(DCE)为反应溶剂,在微波辅助下反应得到一种结构新颖的含氮螺环化合物1′H-螺(吲哚啉-3,2′-喹唑啉)-2,4′(3′H)-二酮(1),对合成条件进行了优化,并通过1HNMR、13 CNMR、MS对目标化合物1的结构进行了表征。结果表明,在催化剂用量n(SbCl_(3))∶n(2)为0.5∶1、物料比n(3)∶n(2)为1.2∶1、反应温度为80℃的最优条件下,微波辅助反应15 min,目标化合物1的收率可以达到84.4%。Using 2-aminobenzamide(2)and isatin(3)as starting materials,SbCl 3 as a catalyst,and 1,2-dichloroethane as a reaction solvent,we synthesized a novel nitrogen-containing spirocyclic compound 1′H-spiro(indoline-3,2′-quinazoline)-2,4′(3′H)-dione(1)by microwave-assisted reaction.Moreover,we optimized the synthetic conditions and characterized the structure of the target compound 1 by 1HNMR,13 CNMR,and MS.The results show that the yield of the target compound 1 can reach up to 84.4%under the optimum reaction conditions as follows:the catalyst dosage n(SbCl_(3))∶n(2)is 0.5∶1,the material ratio n(3)∶n(2)is 1.2∶1,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reaction time is 15 min.
