摘  要:采用三维电极高级氧化技术处理对硝基苯酚废水,通过响应面法优化了不同浓度废水的运行条件(反应时间、电压、初始pH值),再以COD初始浓度为自变量、运行条件为因变量,建立了运行条件与COD初始浓度的数学模型。结果表明,最佳初始pH值与COD初始浓度没有明显函数关系,始终在5.00左右;但最佳反应时间和最佳电压与COD初始浓度存在显著线性关系,其中最佳反应时间与COD初始浓度的线性关系为y=0.0035 x+29.97884(R^(2)=0.98835),最佳电压与COD初始浓度的线性关系为y=0.00389 x+14.24738(R^(2)=0.97322)。模型的显著性分析表明,基于响应面法建立的运行条件与COD初始浓度的数学模型是切实可行的,可用于预测COD初始浓度为1600~12800 mg·L^(-1)的对硝基苯酚废水的三维电极运行条件。In this paper,we treated p-nitrophenol wastewater by using the three-dimensional electrode advanced oxidation technology.Moreover,we optimized the operating conditions(reaction time,voltage,and initial pH value)of wastewater with different concentrations by response surface methodology.Furthermore,taking the initial COD concentration as an independent variable and the operating condition as a dependent variable,we established a mathematical model between the operating condition and the initial COD concentration.The results show that the optimal initial pH value is always around 5.00,and there is no significant functional relationship with the initial COD concentration.However,there is a significant linear relationship between the optimal reaction time and optimal voltage with the initial COD concentration.The linear relationship between the optimal reaction time and the initial COD concentration is y=0.0035 x+29.97884(R^(2)=0.98835),and the linear relationship between the optimal voltage and the initial COD concentration is y=0.00389 x+14.24738(R^(2)=0.97322).The significance analyses of the model indicates that the established mathematical model between the operating condition and the initial COD concentration based on response surface methodology is feasible,which can be used to predict the operating conditions of three-dimensional electrode for p-nitrophenol wastewater with the initial COD concentration of 1600-12800 mg·L^(-1).
