摘 要:随着全球人口的不断增长和环境问题的加剧,食品包装的健康与生态创新已成为越来越多企业和消费者关注的话题。绿色包装可以减少对环境的污染,促进可持续发展,同时也能保证食品的安全和质量。本文从绿色包装的定义、分类和应用出发,探讨食品绿色包装对健康和生态的影响,同时分析食品企业和消费者在绿色包装方面所面临的挑战和机遇;最后,提出一些促进食品绿色包装发展的建议和措施。With the continuous growth of the global population and the aggravation of environmental problems,the health and ecological innovation of food packaging has become a topic of concern for more and more enterprises and consumers.Green packaging can reduce environmental pollution and promote sustainable development,while ensuring the safety and quality of food.Based on the definition,classification and application of green packaging,this paper discusses the impact of food green packaging on health and ecology,and also analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by food enterprises and consumers in green packaging.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to promote the development of food green packaging.
