摘  要:在“双碳”背景下,碳化硬化型胶凝材料的研究为水泥行业实现碳中和提供了较好的思路。本文采用工业钙质和硅质原料制备γ-C_(2)S,探究CO_(2)浓度、CO_(2)压力、碳化湿度、碳化时间等因素对γ-C_(2)S碳化性能的影响,明确最佳碳化制度,并通过XRD和电子扫描探针等测试,对γ-C_(2)S碳化机理进行深入分析。结果表明,工业原材料制备的γ-C_(2)S的抗压强度和固碳量随碳化养护时间、碳化养护湿度、CO_(2)浓度的增大而增大,碳化养护8h抗压强度可达155.8MPa,固碳量达16.96wt.%。Under the background of“double carbon”,the research of carbonized hardening cementitious materials provides a good idea for the cement industry to achieve carbon neutrality.In this paper,y-C_(2)S were prepared from industrial calcium and siliceous raw materials.The effects of CO_(2) concentration,CO_(2) pressure,carbonation humidity,carbonation time and other factors on the carbonation performance of γ-C_(2)S were investigated,and the optimal carbonation system was determined.The mechanism of γ-C_(2)S carbonation was further analyzed by XRD and electron scanning probe.The results show that the compressive strength and carbon sequestration amount of γ-C_(2)S prepared from industrial raw materials increase with the increase of carbonization curing time,carbonization curing humidity and CO_(2) concentration.The compressive strength of 8h carbonization curing can reach 155.8 MPa,and the carbon sequestration amount can reach 16.96wt.%.
