固体废弃物制备轻质保温材料的研究进展

摘  要:利用固体废弃物制备轻质保温材料不仅可以减缓固体废弃物的污染问题,还可制备性能良好的建筑保温材料,值得推广和研究。本文将轻质保温材料按照起泡技术分为传统保温材料和新型保温材料两类,其中传统保温材料包括物理发泡制品、化学发泡制品以及微煅烧碳酸盐分解发泡制品。新型保温材料主要介绍发泡水玻璃以及硅气凝胶,并简要阐述了以上几种保温材料的国内外研究进展,指出了各类发泡技术的优缺点,展望其未来的研究方向。The use of solid waste to prepare light-weight insulation materials can not only alleviate the pollution of solid waste,but also prepare building insulation materials with high performance which is worthy of promotion and research.In this paper,light-weight thermal insulation materials are divided into traditional thermal insulation materials and novel thermal insulation materials according to foaming technology.Traditional thermal insulation materials include physical foam products,chemical foam products and microcalcined carbonate decomposition foam products and novel thermal insulation materials.This paper mainly introduces foamed water glass and silica aerogel,and briefly expounds the domestic and foreign research progress of the above thermal insulation materials,points out the advantages and disadvantages of various foaming technologies.Finally,the development trend of lightweight and thermal insulation materials was predicted.
