循经推拿联合除痹通络汤对神经根型颈椎病的疗效及疼痛程度、关节功能恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:在神经根型颈椎病患者的临床治疗过程中给予循经推拿联合除痹通络汤进行干预,探析两者联用的临床治疗效果以及对患者术后疼痛程度、关节功能恢复的影响。方法:从2020年2月-2021年3月接受诊治的神经根型颈椎病患者当中选择86例患者的临床一般资料作为本次研究的研究对像。将这86例患者按照治疗方式的不同分为两个组别,各43例,对照组采用循经推拿治疗,观察组在此基础上加用除痹通络汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度及关节功能恢复情况。结果:对两组患者均进行1个月的治疗干预后,观察组患者所获疗效明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)、改良日本骨科协会腰痛量表(Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Rating Scale,M-JOA)评分差异不大(P> 0.05),治疗后,与对照组比较观察组VAS评分更低,FMA、M-JOA评分更高(P <0.05)。结论:在神经根型颈椎病患者的治疗过程中使用循经推拿联合除痹通络汤进行联合干预,其临床治疗效果比单独使用循经推拿治疗的临床效果更佳,能够在对患者的临床症状进行改善的同时降低患者的疼痛,提高患者的治疗依从性,促进患者关节功能的恢复,其临床应用价值明显。Objective:In the clinical treatment of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type,the therapeutic intervention of massage along meridians combined with Chubi Tongluo decoction(除痹通络汤)was given to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of combined use of the two methods and its effect on postoperative pain and recovery of joint function in patients.Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Dujiangyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects of this study.According to the different treatment methods,86 patients were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated by massage along meridians,and the observation group was treated with Chubi Tongluo decoction additionally.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and joint function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of intervention treatment,the therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS,FMA and M-JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score in the observation group was lower,and the FMA and M-JOA scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical therapeutic effect of massage along meridians combined with Chubi Tongluo decoction is better than massage therapy alone in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.It can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also reduce the pain of patients,improve the treatment compliance of patients,and then promote the recovery of patients’joint function.The clinical application value is obvious.
