摘　　要：目的探讨肺活量计筛查联合行为教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者中的作用,为防治COPD提供决策依据。方法分析2021年1—12月32例于常熟市海虞卫生院行肺活量计筛查、进一步确诊COPD后吸入药物联合行为教育患者的临床资料。结果经肺活量计筛查并进一步检查确诊COPD患者32例,在给予吸入支气管扩张剂和糖皮质激素药物治疗的基础上,强调戒烟、适当锻炼、饮食调节等行为教育,定期随访,复查肺活量计,28例患者肺功能好转,4例患者肺功能无明显变化,所有患者生活质量均得到改善。结论肺活量计可以筛查出一定的COPD病例,针对这类患者给予规律吸入支气管扩张剂和糖皮质激素药物治疗和行为教育,并密切随访,能有效改善患者肺功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the role of vital capacity screening combined with behavioral education in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to provide decision-making basis for the prevention and treatment of COPD patients.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients who underwent vital capacity screening and further diagnosed with COPD inhalation drugs combined with behavioral education in Changshu City Haiyu Health Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were analyzed.Results 32 patients with COPD were diagnosed by vital capacity screening and further examination.On the basis of inhalation of bronchodilators and glucocorticoid drugs,behavioral education such as smoking cessation,proper exercise and diet regulation was emphasized.Regular follow-up was carried out.Pulmonary function was improved in 28 cases and no significant change in 4 cases.The quality of life of all patients was improved.Conclusion Vital capacity meter can screen out certain positive cases.For these patients,regular inhalation of bronchodilators and glucocorticoid drugs and behavioral education,and close follow-up can effectively improve the lung function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
