克氏针8字张力带钢丝固定治疗髌骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析克氏针8字张力带钢丝固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年3月—2020年3月于铅山县新梁医院治疗的60例髌骨骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受克氏针8字张力带钢丝固定治疗,对患者手术疗效、围术期指标(手术时间、术中出血量、骨愈合时间、住院时间)、手术前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分以及并发症发生情况进行统计。结果60例患者治疗优良率为91.67%(55/60);围术期情况,手术平均时间为(52.69±2.64)min,术中平均出血量为(66.97±8.23)mL,平均骨愈合时间为(13.06±0.86)周,平均总住院时间为(11.98±1.34)d;治疗后患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);60例患者并发症发生率为16.67%(10/60)。结论采用克氏针8字张力带钢丝固定治疗髌骨骨折患者具有较高的优良率,可改善膝关节功能与围术期情况,但由于术后可能出现多种并发症,增加二次手术风险,临床应根据患者具体情况合理应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 8-wire kirschner wire in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with patellar fracture treated in Xinliang Hospital of lead mountain from March 2019 to March 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated with kirschner wire 8-wire tension band fixation,the results of operation,perioperative indexes(operation Time,blood loss during operation,bone healing time,hospital stay),lysholm knee function score before and after operation,and complications were analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate was 91.67%(55/60).The mean time of operation was(52.69±2.64)min,the mean blood loss was(66.97±8.23)mL,the mean bone healing time was(13.06±0.86)weeks,and the mean hospital stay was(11.98±1.34)days.The lysholm knee function score was significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the complication rate was 16.67%(10/60).Conclusion The treatment of patella fracture with kirschner wire and 8-wire tension band has a high rate of excellent and good results,and can improve the knee joint function and perioperative condition,but there may be many complications after operation,increase the risk of secondary surgery,so clinical should be based on the specific situation of patients with reasonable application.
