摘　　要：目的分析Triangle分层分级护理用于糖尿病足感染溃疡患者小切口对口引流中对创面愈合及SF-36的影响,为糖尿病足患者预后恢复提供更加有效的指导。方法选取2020年10月—2022年2月上海健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院108例接受小切口对口引流治疗的糖尿病足感染溃疡患者,随机分成2组,常规组和Triangle组各54例。常规组接受常规护理干预措施,Triangle组采用Triangle分层分级护理模式,对比2组创面愈合情况以及干预前后SF-36生活质量评分。结果Triangle组的创面愈合有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),干预后2组SF-36各维度评分均较为同组干预前升高,且Triangle组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论Triangle分层分级护理能够通过对小切口对口引流治疗的糖尿病足感染溃疡患者分层级管理和干预提升创面愈合效果,同时促进患者身心状态改善,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of Triangle hierarchical nursing care on wound healing and SF-36 in the small incision mouth drainage of diabetes foot infected ulcer patients,and to provide more effective guidance for the prognosis and recovery of diabetes foot patients.Methods 108 patients with diabetes foot infection ulcer who received small incision and mouth to mouth drainage treatment were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional group and Triangle group,54 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing intervention measures,while the Triangle group adopted Triangle hierarchical nursing mode.The wound healing and SF-36 quality of life scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of wound healing in Triangle group was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SF-36 scores of each dimension in the two groups were higher than that in the same group before the intervention,and the score in the Triangle group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Triangle hierarchical nursing can improve the wound healing effect through hierarchical management and intervention of diabetes foot infection ulcer patients treated with small incision and mouth to mouth drainage,and at the same time promote the improvement of patients'physical and mental status and improve their quality of life.
