充气式温毯预保温干预联合典型无缝隙管理在微创经皮肾穿刺取石术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析充气式温毯预保温干预联合典型无缝隙管理在微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL)中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年12月大余县人民医院64例MPCNL术患者,根据手术顺序编号后按单双数随机法分为联合组与常规组,每组32例。常规组予以常规护理,联合组在常规组基础上予以充气式温毯预保温干预联合典型无缝隙管理,比较2组围手术期舒适度、寒战情况、手术相关指标、术后并发症以及护理满意度。结果联合组围手术期舒适度量表(perioperative comfort scale,PCS)评分较常规组高(P<0.05),联合组寒战程度、总寒战率、手术相关指标(手术时间、首次下床时间、住院时间)、术后并发症发生率均较常规组低(P<0.05),联合组围手术期护理质量评价量表各维度评分均较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论充气式温毯预保温干预联合典型无缝隙管理可有效提高MPCNL患者舒适度,减轻寒战程度,减少寒战发生率,促进术后恢复,减少术后并发症的同时提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of inflatable warm blanket pre insulation intervention combined with typical seamless management in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL).Methods Select 64 MPCNL patients from Dayu County People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into a combination group and a conventional group according to the order of surgery,with 32 patients in each group.The conventional group received routine care,while the combined group received inflatable warm blanket pre insulation intervention combined with typical seamless management on the basis of the conventional group.The perioperative comfort,chills,and surgical related indicators of the two groups were compared Postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The perioperative comfort scale(PCS)score of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the degree of shivering,total shivering rate,surgical related indicators(surgical time,first time out of bed,hospitalization time),and postoperative complication rate were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions in the perioperative nursing quality evaluation scale were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of inflatable warm blanket pre insulation intervention and typical seamless management can effectively improve the comfort of MPCNL patients,reduce the degree of shivering,reduce the incidence of shivering,promote postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
