摘 要:3D打印技术自上世纪问世以来,已在建筑、航空、制造等多个领域得到广泛应用,被视为第四次工业革命的标志。近年来,3D打印技术在医学领域取得了令人瞩目的成果,包括外科术前评估、手术方案制定、肿瘤定位、模拟教学、人工假体、再生医学、基础科研等。近年来,3D打印在麻醉领域的应用发展迅速,取得了长足发展。本文就3D打印技术在麻醉学科模拟教学、临床麻醉、基础科研与公共卫生危机事件中的应用情况作一综述,以期为后续相关研究的开展提供新方向和新思路。Since its introduction in the last century,3D printing technology has been widely used in a number of fields such as architecture,aviation and manufacturing,and is regarded as a hallmark of the fourth industrial revolution.In recent years,3D printing technology has achieved impressive results in the medical field,including pre-surgical assessment,surgical protocol development,tumor localisation,simulation teaching,artificial prosthesis,regenerative medicine,basic scientific research,etc.The application of 3D printing in the field of anaesthesia has recently developed rapidly and has made great strides.This article reviews the application of 3D printing technology in anesthesia simulation teaching,clinical anesthesia,basic scientific research and public health crisis events,in order to provide new directions and new ideas for the follow-up related research.
