摘  要:以某高压共轨柴油机为例,通过仿真和试验方法研究了两种不同结构的排气管对柴油机性能的影响。研究发现,安装连通式排气管的柴油机在燃油消耗率、涡前排温、增压器转速等性能参数方面均表现出优势,尤其在额定工况下,与安装分段式排气管的柴油机相比,其燃油消耗率降低了3%,增压器转速降低了4%,涡前排温降低了4.5%。所有性能参数均满足设计要求,而分段式排气管柴油机的额定点的实际燃油消耗率和增压器转速未能达到设计要求。综合分析结果表明,柴油机需要安装连通式排气管。对比仿真数据和试验结果,偏差在3%以内,仿真精度满足要求,因此可以使用仿真模型进行排气管结构参数的优化研究。Taking a high pressure common rail diesel engine as an example,the effects of two different exhaust pipes on the performance of the diesel engine are studied by simulation and test methods.Through the study,it is found that the fuel consumption rate,exhaust temperature in front of turbine and turbocharger speed of diesel engines installed with connected exhaust pipes are lower than those installed with sectional exhaust pipes,especially under rated working conditions,the fuel consumption rate and turbocharger speed of diesel engines installed with connected exhaust pipes are reduced by 3%and 4%,and the vortex front temperature is reduced by 4.3%,All the performance parameters meet the design requirements.But the actual fuel consumption and supercharger speed of segmented exhaust diesel engine under rated working conditions can not meet the design requirements,comprehensive analysis,diesel engine needs to install connected exhaust pipe.Compared with the simulation and test results,the deviation is less than 3%,the simulation accuracy meets the requirements,and the simulation model can be used to optimize the structural parameters of the exhaust pipe.
