摘  要:描述了生产锰硅合金烧结锰矿的产业政策,阐述了悬浮预热分解法生产烧结锰矿技术工艺路线。指出将碳酸锰矿粉在悬浮态进行煅烧提纯、结粒及冷却,实现工业化生产;其中核心是碳酸锰分解和锰矿烧成结粒,关键点是提高煅烧的碳酸锰分解比例和窑内结粒。采用此工艺,完全可以在资源综合利用、节能环保、智能控制、装备大型化等方面达到相当高的水平。The industrial policy for sintered manganese ore to produce ferromanganese-silicon was described,and the technical route for producing sintered manganese ore with suspension preheated decomposition method was elaborated.It is pointed out that the industrial production of manganese carbonate ore powder can be achieved by calcination,purification,granulation,and cooling in a suspended state.The core is the decomposition of manganese carbonate and the granulation of manganese ore during calcination,with the key point being to increase the proportion of calcined manganese carbonate decomposition and granulation in the kiln.By adopting the process,a considerable level of comprehensive utilization of resources,energy conservation and environmental protection,intelligent control,and large scale equipment can be achieved.
