摘  要:随着国家节能、环保政策的落实,大批落后产能正在被淘汰,代之以先进流程的生产工厂。在此背景下,铁合金行业需要完成超低排放改造。本文根据为东北一家铁合金工厂进行工程设计和烟气净化设计的经验,按烟气排放达到超低排放标准要求,探讨现有铁合金工厂环保措施改造方案和新建项目烟气净化方案的选择。With the implementation of the national energy saving and environmental protection policies,a large number of backward production capacity are being eliminated and replaced by production plants with advanced processes.In this context,the ferroalloy industry needs to complete the ultralow emission transformation.Based on the experience of engineering design and flue gas cleaning design for a ferroalloy plant in Northeast China,the paper discusses the selection of environmental protection measures transformation scheme for existing ferroalloy plants and flue gas cleaning scheme for new projects in order to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standards.
