摘　　要：科学划分地下水水位降落漏斗是河北省地下水水位降落漏斗治理修复和地下水资源管理的关键。2023年河北省发布《地下水位降落漏斗划分规范》(DB13/T 5704—2023),为地下水水位降落漏斗识别、划分方法提供了依据和参考。地下水水位降落漏斗的规范、准确划分以及深入研究,要点在于充分认识漏斗演化动态,研究地下水水位降落漏斗发育特征,分析重要前置条件,识别基础图件编制关键问题,把握漏斗识别和划分方法要点等。The scientific delineation of groundwater depression cones is crucial for the groundwater depression cone treatment and restoration and the groundwater resources management in Hebei Province.In 2023,Hebei Province released the Specification for Delineation of Groundwater Depression Cones(DB13/T 5704—2023),providing a basis and reference for the identification and delineation methods of groundwater depression cones.The key to regularly and accurately delineating and thoroughly researching groundwater depression cones lies in fully understanding the dynamic evolution of groundwater depression cones,studying the developmental characteristics of groundwater depression cones,analyzing important preconditions,identifying key issues in the preparation of basic maps or drawings,and grasping crucial points in the identification and division methods of groundwater depression cones.
