摘　　要：数字孪生流域资产运营管理系统建设有助于推进永定河流域治理管理现代化。分析了永定河流域投资有限公司内部资产现状,结合管理需求分析,提出了永定河数字孪生流域资产运营管理系统建设方法及典型功能设计,同时对系统建设过程中形成的成果及经验进行总结,可为流域资产协同管理提供借鉴。The construction of a digital twin basin asset operation management system contributes to the modernization of governance and management in the Yongding River Basin.This paper analyzes the current status of internal assets in the Yongding River Basin Investment Co.,Ltd.and proposes methods and typical functional designs for the construction of the digital twin basin asset operation management system in the Yongding River combining with management needs analysis.The paper also summarizes the outcomes and experiences gained during the system construction process,providing valuable insights for collaborative management of basin assets.
