摘 要:针对当前新风节能设备普遍存在的空气过滤器影响机房洁净度、过滤网需要人工更换或清洁、滤网更换周期短、维护工作量大、维护成本高等诸多弊端,研究新风节能设备基于过滤网自动化清洁技术的智能免维护实现方法,通过将空气过滤器免维护技术与新风节能系统一体化方案设计,有效解决了当前传统新风节能设备存在的技术缺陷,拓展了新一代智能新风节能技术的推广应用价值,在国家推行绿色节能、低碳环保方面拥有广阔的应用前景。In view of the common disadvantages existing in current fresh air energy-saving equipment of air filters affecting the cleanliness of machine rooms,the need for manual replacement or cleaning of filters,short filter replacement cycles,high maintenance workload and costs,the method of intelligent maintenance-free implementation for fresh air energy-saving equipment based on automatic filter cleaning technology is researched.Through the integration of air filter maintenance-free technology and fresh air energy-saving system design,it effectively solves the technical shortcomings of the current traditional fresh air energy-saving equipments,expands the promotion and application value of the new generation of intelligent fresh air energy-saving technology.It has a broad application prospect in the national promotion of green energy-saving and low-carbon environmental protection.
