摘 要:为了评价不同比例的沥青和硅酸盐水泥对冷再生技术再生沥青路面材料性能的影响,对用于基层的泡沫沥青稳定材料混合料的实验室性能进行了研究,设计了一种合适的实验室配比。其中,水泥质量分数分别为0.5%、0.75%和1.0%,沥青质量分数分别为1.75%、2.0%和2.5%。评估了在道路修复期间经常遇到的典型沥青路面材料的混合使用情况,考虑了来自路面的RAP材料及未粘合破碎骨料。同时,分析了混合料的间接拉伸强度、间接拉伸疲劳强度、弹性模量和抗车辙性能。结果表明,水泥和沥青质量分数的最佳值分别为1.0%和2.5%。从薄层表面敷料中提取的RAP材料是冷发泡路面就地回收技术的最佳堆焊材料。In order to evaluate the effects of different proportions of asphalt and Portland cement on the performance of recycled asphalt pavement materials using cold recycling techniques,laboratory performance of foamed asphalt stabilized mixture for base course was studied,and a suitable laboratory ratio was designed.The content of cement is 0.5%,0.75%and 1.0%respectively,and that of asphalt is 1.75%,2.0%and 2.5%respectively.The mixture of typical asphalt pavement materials frequently encountered during road repair was evaluated,taking into account RAP materials from the pavement and unbonded crushed aggregate.At the same time,the indirect tensile strength,indirect tensile fatigue strength,elastic modulus and rutting resistance of the mixture were analyzed.The results show that the optimum values of cement and asphalt are 1.0%and 2.5%respectively.Rap material extracted from thin layer surface dressing is the best surfacing material for cold foamed pavement in-situ recycling technology.
