摘 要:管道运输具有平稳连续、运输量大、运费低等特点,是油气运输的首选方式。管道泄漏检测是维护其安全运行的重要保障,为提高泄漏检测和定位的准确性,基于负压波原理设计了输油管道泄露检测软硬件解决方案,开发了泄漏监控软件。该系统安装于输油管道两端,能够完成管道状态信息的采集、管道两端数据的传输及泄漏的及时报警与定位等功能。采用全球定位系统来统一首末端数据采集系统的系统时间,以消除首末端压力传感器动态响应时间差。实际应用结果表明,该系统能够准确地进行输油管道泄漏判断,并确定泄漏点。Pipeline transportation is the first choice for oil and gas transportation due to its smooth and continuous transportation,large transportation volume and low freight.Pipeline leakage detection is an important guarantee to maintain its safe operation.In order to improve the accuracy of leakage detection and positioning,a software and hardware solution for oil pipeline leakage detection is designed based on the principle of negative pressure wave,and a leakage monitoring software is developed.The system is installed at both ends of the oil pipeline,and can complete the functions of pipeline status information collection,data transmission,leakage alarm and positioning functions.The global positioning system is used to unify the system time of the head and end data acquisition system to eliminate the dynamic response time difference of the head and end pressure sensors.The practical application results show that the system can accurately judge the leakage of oil pipeline and determine the leakage point.
