摘 要:基坑开挖过程中,对既有管线的保护是工程能否顺利进行的前提。以某地铁车站穿越既有管线基坑开挖工程为例,首先对既有管线的保护施工方案进行了详细的介绍,然后对基坑及管线围护结构安全性进行了验算,结果表明:土体抗力及围护结构的安全系数满足要求;对既有管线主梁配筋、钢次梁、格构柱的配筋进行了验算,结果各个构件强度及稳定性均满足要求。最后,通过对施工过程中既有管线的监测及安全措施对施工方案的效果进行了验证,监测结果表明该方案满足要求。该工程的施工技术及监测方案可为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。In the process of foundation pit excavation,the protection of existing pipelines is the premise of whether the project can proceed smoothly.This paper takes the excavation project of a subway station crossing the existing pipeline foundation pit as an example.Firstly,the protection construction scheme of the existing pipeline is introduced in detail,and then the safety of the foundation pit and the pipeline enclosure structure is checked.The results show that the soil resistance and the safety factor of the enclosure structure meet the requirements.The reinforcement of the main beam,steel secondary beam and lattice column of the existing pipeline is checked.The results show that the strength and stability of each component meet the requirements.Finally,the effect of the construction scheme is verified by the monitoring and safety measures of the existing pipelines during the construction process.The monitoring results show that the scheme meets the requirements.It is hoped that the construction technology and monitoring scheme of this project can provide reference for similar projects.
