气相与液相贝克曼重排工艺的己内酰胺产品质量对比

摘　　要：按照GB/T 13254—2017《工业用己内酰胺》分析了气相与液相贝克曼重排工艺的己内酰胺产品质量技术指标,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术剖析了两种工艺己内酰胺产品中的杂质成分及易氧化杂质含量。结果表明:气相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品的高锰酸钾吸收值、碱度、挥发性碱含量指标更优,而液相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品的290 nm波长吸光度指标更优;气相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品中线性结构杂质较少,以腈类为主,液相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品中线性结构类杂质较多,以酰胺类和脂肪胺类为主,气相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品中环状结构杂质成分比液相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品更多;气相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品中易氧化杂质含量在24 mg/kg左右,远低于液相贝克曼重排工艺己内酰胺产品中易氧化杂质含量。According to GB/T 13254-2017 Industrial Caprolactam,the quality technical indicators of caprolactam products from gas-and liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement processes were analyzed.And the impurity composition and easily oxidized impurity content in caprolactam products by the two processes were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.The result showed that caprolactam products by gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement exhibited better potassium permanganate absorption value,alkalinity and volatile base content while caprolactam products by liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement had better 290 nm wavelength absorbance index;caprolactam products produced by gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement process had relatively less linear structure impurities mainly composed of nitriles while caprolactam products produced by liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement process had more linear structure impurities mainly composed of amides and fatty amines,and caprolactam products produced by gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement process had more cyclic structure impurities than those produced by liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement process;and the content of easily oxidized impurities in caprolactam products by gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement process was around 24 mg/kg,far lower than that in caprolactam products by liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement process.
