国产涤纶FDY油剂TF-7616的应用研究

摘　　要：将国产涤纶FDY油剂TF-7616应用于熔体直纺60 dtex/24 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的生产,系统研究了油剂的基本应用性能,同时考察了TF-7616油剂的长周期应用性能,并与进口油剂F-1619的应用性能进行对比。结果表明:TF-7616油剂的运动黏度小于F-1619油剂,平滑性、抗静电性和耐热性略好于F-1619油剂,其他性能与F-1619油剂无明显差异;使用TF-7616油剂连续30 d生产60 dtex/24 f圆孔涤纶FDY,纺丝工况稳定,热辊发烟较小,涤纶FDY的各项物性指标、产品满卷率和染色M率与使用F-1619油剂相当;国产TF-7616油剂可替代进口F-1619油剂应用于熔体直纺涤纶FDY的生产。The China-made spinning finish TF-7616 for polyester FDY was applied to the production of melt direct spun 60 dtex/24 f polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY).The basic application performance of the spinning finish was systematically studied,and the long-term application performance of spinning finish TF-7616 was also investigated and was compared with that of imported spinning finish F-1619.The results showed that as compared with spinning finish F-1619,spinning finish TF-7616 had a lower kinematic viscosity and slightly better smoothness,antistatic properties and heat resistance,and exhibited no significant difference in other properties;the spinning conditions were stable with less smoke generation by hot rollers and the physical properties,full package rate and dyeing M rate of polyester FDY were equivalent to those using spinning finish F-1619 when the spinning finish TF-7616 was used in 30 days of 60 dtex/24 f circular hole polyester FDY production;and China-made spinning finish TF-7616 can replace imported spinning finish F-1619 in the production of melt direct spun polyester FDY.
