摘  要:以聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)领域的专利为研究对象,从专利申请态势、主要技术领域分布、专利技术生命周期、主要国家/区域专利布局、主要申请人特点等方面分析了当前全球PBAT技术专利活动特点,为国内相关技术及产业发展提供参考。当前PBAT技术处于高速发展期,国外PBAT专利申请人以跨国公司为主,产业化技术非常成熟,近年来在汽车、电子和医疗等行业的高端应用布局较多,我国PBAT专利数量排名全球首位,但以国内申请为主,且主要集中在包装材料、农用地膜等中低端产品领域。建议加强PBAT的海外专利布局和高端制品技术开发,提升我国PBAT产业国际竞争力。Taking patents in the field of polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)as the research object,the current characteristics of global PBAT technology patent activities were analyzed from the perspectives of patent application trends,main technical fields distribution,patent technology lifecycle,main countries/regions layout and key applicants characteristics,providing reference for the development of related technologies and industries in China.PBAT technology is in a period of rapid development now,and foreign applicants are mainly multinational corporations,the industrialization technology is very mature,and there have been many high-end application layouts in automobiles,electronics,and healthcare industries;China ranks first in the world in the number of patents,but mainly applies domestically,mainly concentrating in the fields of packaging materials,agricultural film and other low-end products.It was suggested that the overseas patent layout and high-end product technology development should be strengthened to enhance the international competitiveness of China′s PBAT industry.
