摘 要:针对涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)纸管生产中纸管直线度合格率较低的问题,基于现阶段的纸管生产工艺及设备参数分析了纸管直线度的主要影响因素,并通过调整设备参数、优化生产工艺等措施来提高纸管的直线度合格率。结果表明:在涤纶DTY纸管生产中,纸管直线度的主要影响因素有粗切下料高度、磨头叉架距离、气压、油压、烘管温度;对设备和工艺参数进行调整优化,控制粗切下料高度8~10 cm、磨头叉架距离18~22 cm、气压0.25~0.30 MPa、油压0.25~0.35 MPa、烘管温度60~70℃,批量生产1000只涤纶DTY纸管,纸管直线度基本上控制在1.2~1.4 mm,达到了产品标准规定直线度小于1.5 mm的要求,直线度合格率从原来的98.14%提高至99.43%。In response to the low qualification rate of paper tube straightness in the production of polyester draw textured yarn(DTY)paper tubes,the main influential factors on paper tube straightness were analyzed based on the current paper tube production process and equipment parameters,and some measures were proposed to improve the paper tube straightness,such as adjusting equipment parameters and optimizing production process.The results showed that the main factors affecting the straightness of paper tubes include the height of rough cutting,the distance between the grinding head and the fork frame,air pressure,oil pressure and drying tube temperature in the production of polyester DTY paper tubes;the straightness of paper tubes was controlled as 1.2-1.4 mm,which met the standard requirement of straightness less than 1.5 mm,and the qualification rate of paper tube straightness increased from 98.14%to 99.43%when 1000 polyester DTY paper tubes were mass-produced after equipment and process parameters adjustment and optimization,such as controlling the height of rough cutting as 8-10 cm,distance between the grinding head and the fork frame 18-22 cm,air pressure 0.25-0.30 MPa,oil pressure 0.25-0.35 MPa and drying tube temperature 60-70℃.
