摘 要:以单套产能为100 kt/a的环己烷氧化法制环己酮工业生产装置的分解反应釜核心设计参数为基础,采用停留时间相同、几何相似、流体运动和动力相似理论进行分解反应釜尺寸放大设计,以单位体积搅拌功率、雷诺数相等的放大原则进行搅拌器的放大设计,实现了160 kt/a环己烷氧化法制环己酮装置分解反应釜的理论工艺放大设计。结果表明:采用几何相似的原则对第一和第二、三分解反应釜直径和高度按比例放大,放大前后三釜总停留时间均为19.7 min;采用2层组合桨叶搅拌器,上层为三叶推进式搅拌器,下层为六直叶涡轮搅拌器,放大前后第一和第二、三反应釜体系的单位体积搅拌功率和下层桨叶叶端线速度基本一致;获得的分解反应釜及搅拌器设计参数可为工业放大分解反应釜及搅拌器提供理论放大设计基础。Based on the key design parameters of decomposition reactor for a 100 kt/a industrial production unit of cyclohexane oxidation into cyclohexanone,the size scale-up design of decomposition reactor was carried out using the same residence time,geometric similarity,fluid motion and dynamic similarity theory.The agitator scale-up design was carried out based on the principle of equal unit volume stirring power and Reynolds number.The theoretical process scale-up design of the decomposition reactor for a 160 kt/a cyclohexane oxidation into cyclohexanone plant was achieved.The results showed that the diameter and height of the first,second and third decomposition reactors were scaled up proportionally based on the principle of geometric similarity,and the total residence time of the three reactors was 19.7 min before and after scale-up;an agitator with two-layer paddle combination was adopted,which comprised the upper layer of a three-blade propulsion agitator and the lower layer of a six-blade turbine agitator,the unit volume stirring power of the first,second and third reactor systems and the linear velocity of the lower blade end were basically the same before and after scale-up;and the obtained design parameters of the decomposition reactor and agitator can provide a theoretical basis for industrial scale-up design of decomposition reactor and agitator.
