摘  要:采用熔体直接纺丝工艺路线生产中细旦尼龙66全拉伸丝(FDY),分析了FDY网络度偏低的原因,并提出了改进措施。结果表明:尼龙66 FDY网络度偏低的原因主要有网络器、预网络器、纺丝工艺、纺丝油剂、油剂添加剂等;通过选择合适的网络器、安装预网络器、优化网络压力及纺丝速度、选择合适的纺丝油剂及添加渗透剂等措施,可以有效提高尼龙66 FDY的网络度;以生产466 dtex/70 f尼龙66 FDY为例,使用瑞士赫伯利纤维技术公司的HJ230网络器及预网络器,控制纺丝速度2800 m/min、网络压力0.40 MPa,使用日本松本油脂制药株式会社的N-4AS纺丝油剂,可以有效提高纤维的网络度,纤维的网络度达27.8个/m,上油率达0.79%。Medium-and fine-denier nylon 66 fully drawn yarns(FDY)were prepared by melt direct spinning process.The reasons for the low interlacing degree of FDY were analyzed,and the improvement measures were proposed.The results showed that the reasons for the low interlacing degree of nylon 66 FDY mainly included interlacer,pre-interlacer,spinning process,spinning finish,oil additives,etc;the interlacing degree of nylon 66 FDY can be effectively improved by choosing appropriate interlacers,installing pre-interlacers,optimizing interlacing pressure and spinning speed,selecting appropriate spinning finish and adding penetrants;and taking the production of 466 dtex/70 f nylon 66 FDY as an example,the interlacing degree of the fiber can be effectively improved,with an interlacing degree of 27.8 pieces/m and an oil up-take of 0.79%,by using HJ230 interlacer and pre-interlacer from Swiss Heberlein Fiber Technology Company,controlling the spinning speed of 2800 m/min and interlacing pressure of 0.40 MPa,and using N-4AS spinning finish from Japan′s Matsumoto Yushi-Seiyaku Co.,Ltd..
