对新时代大学生集体归属感的调查及其培养研究

摘　　要：通过对1282名新时代大学生的调查发现,新时代大学生集体归属感的主流是健康向上的。但部分新时代大学生在集体认同感方面表现出对集体价值理念的认同有待提升,集体荣誉感方面欠缺维护集体荣誉的行动力,集体责任感方面存在明显的利己主义倾向等问题。因此,学生个体、学校、家庭和社会各界应协同合作,生成强大的培养合力,切实提高新时代大学生的集体归属感。Through a survey of 1282 college students in the new era,it is found that the mainstream of collective belonging among college students in the new era is healthy and upward.They have a strong sense of collective role,a sense of collective honor,and can actively assume collective responsibility.However,some college students in the new era show a lack of recognition of collective values in terms of collective identity,which needs to be improved.They lack the ability to maintain collective honor in terms of collective sense of honor,and there is a clear tendency towards self-interest in terms of collective responsibility.Therefore,individual students,schools,families,and all sectors of society should collaborate to generate a strong training synergy,strengthen the sense of identity,honor,and responsibility of college students in the new era towards the collective,and effectively improve the collective sense of belonging of college students in the new era.
