摘  要:在创伤救护和外科手术中,止血仪作为最常用的手术工具可以有效减少术中出血和保持清晰的手术视野,提升手术效率。针对现有止血仪气压采集精度低、操作繁琐以及工作不稳定等问题,设计并研制了一款以NUC029LAN芯片作为核心控制器的双通道气压止血仪。利用该芯片对电磁脉冲的抗干扰特性以及移动平均算法降低噪声干扰,优化了设备的抗干扰能力和测量精度。对静态压力显示误差进行检定及误差数据分析,研究结果表明,该设备的静态压力显示误差均小于5 mmHg。同时,在操作系统上进行优化,设置参数独立的双通道止血环套,使设备在操作过程中更加灵活、便捷高效。In trauma rescue and surgical operations,hemostat,as the most commonly used surgical tool,can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding and maintain a clear surgical field of view,so as to improve the efficiency of surgery.Aiming at the problems of low pressure acquisition accuracy,cumbersome operation and unstable work of existing hemostatic instruments,a double⁃channel pneumatic hemostatic instrument with NUC029LAN chip as the core controller was designed and developed.By using the anti⁃interference characteristics of the chip and the moving average algorithm to reduce the noise interference,the anti⁃interference ability and measurement accuracy of the device are optimized.The error of static pressure display is verified.Through error data analysis,the research results show that the static pressure display error of this equipment is less than 5 mmHg.At the same time,the operation system was optimized to set up a two⁃channel hemostatic ring sleeve with independent parameters to make the equipment more flexible,convenient and efficient in the operation process.
