摘　　要：通过防锈剂、缓蚀剂与润滑剂的筛选制备了一种环保,对铁、铝、铜等多种金属及其合金具有良好缓蚀和润滑性的新型多功能全合成水基金属切削液。研究了防锈剂、缓蚀剂和润滑剂等添加剂的种类和用量对切削液性能的影响。当三乙醇胺硼酸酯添加10%,防锈剂DX309添加6%,缓蚀剂添加5%、润滑剂添加5%时,制备的全合成切削液综合性能良好,在金属加工中具有广阔的应用前景。A new multifunctional fully synthetic water-based metal cutting fluid with good corrosion inhibition and lubricity for various metals such as iron,aluminum,copper and their alloys was prepared by screening rust inhibitors,corrosion inhibitors and lubricants.The effects of the types and amounts of additives such as rust inhibitors,corrosion inhibitors and lubricants on the performance of cutting fluids were studied.When the triethanolamine borate was added 10%,rust inhibitor DX309 was added 6%,the corrosion inhibitor was added 5%,and the lubricant was added 5%,the prepared fully synthetic cutting fluid had good comprehensive performance and had broad application prospects in metal processing.
