摘　　要：CTI(相对起痕指数)测试可以模拟绝缘材料在实际使用过程中,由于表面污物和潮气等而产生漏电的情况。聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种主链含苯环的热塑性材料,其成碳能力很强,纯PPS的CTI只有150 V,通常可以通过添加成碳能力差点材料组成合金来提升CTI。聚酰胺66(PA66)是一种主链不含苯环的高分子材料,成碳能力较差,纯PA的CTI高达600 V,并且与PPS有一定相容性,可以通过与PPS共混提升PPS的CTI。本研究成功制备出了不同PA含量的增强与非增强PPS/PA合金并系统研究了二元和三元体系的CTI性能,此外还对力学性能进行了表征。发现PA含量越高,材料的CTI越高,主要是由于PA不易成碳所以添加量越大材料越不易成碳起痕。同时还发现玻纤的填充对CTI无明显影响。CTI(Comparative Tracking Index)test can simulate the leakage of insulation materials due to surface dirt and moisture during actual use.Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)is a thermoplastic material with a main chain containing benzene ring,which has strong char-forming ability.CTI of neat PPS is only 150 V,and it can usually be improved by blending materials that are hard to form the char.Polyamide 66(PA66)does not have benzene ring in the main chain,so CTI of neat PA can reach up to 600 V.Due to the compatibility with PPS,CTI of PPS can be improved by blending with PA.Teinforced and non-reinforced PPS/PA alloys with different PA contents were successfully prepared.In addition,CTI as well as the mechanical properties of binary and ternary systems were systematically studied.It was found that CTI performance of PPS could be enhanced by increasing the amount of PA blended,which was caused by decreasing the char-formation during the test.Moreover,it was found that the filling of glass fibers has no significant effect on the CTI.
