摘  要:聚苯醚(PPE)/聚丙烯(PP)合金具有尺寸稳定性好,耐溶剂性能优的特点,但也存在流动性差的问题。通过加工共混技术,首先制备了双连续结构的PPE/PP合金,然后研究了聚苯乙烯(PS)对PPE/PP合金流动性和机械性能的影响。此外,进一步研究了在SEPS作为相容剂增容的PPE/PP合金中,PS对PPE/PP合金流动性和机械性能的影响。研究结果表明,在增容与非增容PPE/PP合金中加入PS能够改善材料的韧性和流动性。此外,在SEPS增容体系中,PS的加入同样可以改善材料的流动性。同时PS还可以提升相容剂对PPE/PP界面的改善作用,从而大大显著提高材料的冲击性能。Polyphenylene ether(PPE)/polypropylene(PP)alloy has the characteristics of good dimensional stability and excellent solvent resistance,but it has the problems of high viscosity and poor fluidity.PPE/PP alloys with co-continuous structure were successfully prepared by extrusion compounding.The effect of polystyrene(PS)on the fluidity and mechanical properties of PPE/PP alloys was studied.Additionally,the influence of PS on the fluidity and mechanical properties of SEPS compatibilized PPE/PP alloys was further examined.The findings demonstrated that the addition of PS to either the non-compatibilized or compatibilized PPE/PP alloy could effectively reduces the viscosity of the systems.Moreover,adding PS enhanced the compatibilization effect of the compatibilizer on the interface of PPE/PP,resulting in a substantial improvement in the material s impact performance.
