摘 要:通过对不同结构形式的换热器优缺点分析对比,对殡仪馆火化机尾气净化系统内的换热器进行设计优化。结合实际工程案例,分析了火化机尾气系统换热器设计时需要注意的关键点。气-水管式换热器在换热单元设计时具有较大的优势,换热能力强,占地面积小,应结合实际工程优先选用,在设计换热器时结合污染物净化工艺特点,配合脱酸、除二噁英、热量回收利用等,可起到降本增效的效果,可进一步优化火化机尾气净化系统工艺。Through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of heat exchangers with different structural forms,the design and optimization of the heat exchangers in the cremation machine exhaust gas purification system of the funeral home were carried out.Combined with practical engineering cases,the key pointed that need to be paid attention to in the design of the heat exchanger of the cremator exhaust system were analyzed.The gas-water tube heat exchanger had great advantages in the design of heat exchange units,with strong heat exchange capacity and small footprint.Deacidification,dioxin removal,heat recovery and utilization,etc,could reduce costs and increase efficiency,and could further optimize the process of the cremation machine exhaust gas purification system.
