摘  要:由于煤制乙二醇工艺生成的副产物较多,使得乙二醇产品的品质及紫外透光率有待于进一步提高,尤其是其紫外透光率受不饱和有机化合物影响更为突出,为解决上述存在的问题,陕煤集团榆林化学有限责任公司180 Wt/a煤制乙二醇采用精馏、液相加氢相及乙二醇提纯相结合的工艺流程,在提高乙二醇产品纯度的同时,使其紫外透光率满足国标要求;上述工艺不仅增加了经济效益,还提高了煤制乙二醇工艺在市场中的竞争力。Since there were many by-products generated in the coal-to-ethylene glycol process,the quality and UV transmittance of ethylene glycol products needed to be further improved,especially its UV transmittance was greatly affected by unsaturated organic compounds.To sovle the existing problems,the 180 Wt/a coal-to-ethylene glycol of SHCCIG Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.adopted the process flow of rectification,liquid phase hydrogenation and ethylene glycol purification.While improving the purity of ethylene glycol products,its ultraviolet transmittance met the requirements of the national standard,the above process not only increased economic benefits,but also improved the competitiveness of the coal-to-ethylene glycol process in the market.
