摘 要:通过技术手段,加强管控氨碱法生产纯碱过程中产生的蒸馏塔高含氨NH_(3)、氯化钠NaCl、氯化钙CaCl_(2)废液,并建立2000 m^(3)环保应急桶,作为储存作用;同时,将蒸馏塔高含氨NH_(3)废液与纯碱原料卤水(氯化钠水溶液)的硫酸根SO_(4)(2-)反应,实现降低卤水硫酸根含量,获得低硫酸根盐卤;另外,将废液中氨、氯化钠和氯化钙的分离,使得氨NH_(3)、氯化钠NaCl回收利用,可作为纯碱生产原料,实现有价值的综合利用,不仅提升纯碱工业的绿色化,还会给企业带来可观的经济效益,是一条优先发展可持续的道路。The technological measures were employed to strengthen the control of waste solutions containing high levels of ammonia(NH_(3)),sodium chloride(NaCl),and calcium chloride(CaCl_(2))generated during the ammonia-soda process for soda ash production.Simultaneously,a 2000 m^(3) environmentally friendly emergency tank was established for storage purposes.The waste solution containing high levels of ammonia(NH_(3))from the distillation column was reacted with brine(sodium chloride water solution),a raw material for soda ash,to reduce the sulfate(SO_(4)(2-))content in the brine,obtaining low sulfate-containing brine.Additionally,the separation of ammonia,sodium chloride and calcium chloride in the waste solution allowed for the recovery and reuse of ammonia(NH_(3))and sodium chloride(NaCl)as raw materials in soda ash production.This comprehensive utilization of valuable resources enhanced the greenification of the soda ash industry,leading to substantial economic benefits for the company.A prioritized and sustainable development path was represented.
