浅谈光伏电站电缆成本对比

摘  要:降本增效是光伏电站一直追求的目标,而选择合适的电缆规格及合理布置电气设备位置,能节省光伏电站材料成本。从设备布置位置和电缆敷设方式的角度对已完工的地面光伏电站和分布式光伏电站的光伏方阵设计方案进行对比,并以某风光互补型光伏电站为例,对电缆实际敷设过程中的影响因素及施工管理进行分析。分析结果显示:1)对于地面光伏电站单个光伏方阵而言,无论是使用铜芯电缆还是铝合金芯电缆,采用箱逆变一体机时的单瓦电缆成本均优于采用组串式逆变器时的单瓦电缆成本。2)对于分布式光伏电站而言,当采用铜芯电缆时,组串式逆变器以集中式排布时光伏电站单瓦电缆成本较低;当采用铝合金芯电缆时,组串式逆变器以分散式排布时光伏电站单瓦电缆成本较低。3)在电缆实际敷设过程中,其用量极易受到地形、光伏支架结构形式、光伏支架倾斜面最低点离地高度、电缆敷设深度、设备安装高度等因素的影响,使其实际用量大于布线软件的设计用量。以期本研究可为今后光伏发电项目电缆敷设方式及电缆选型提供参考。Reducing costs and increasing efficiency has always been the goal pursued by PV power stations,and selecting appropriate cable specifications and arranging electrical equipment positions can save material costs for PV power stations.This paper compares the PV array design schemes of completed ground PV power stations and distributed PV power stations from the perspectives of equipment layout location and cable laying method.Taking a wind-solar complementary PV power station as an example,the influencing factors and construction management during the actual cable laying process are analyzed.The analysis results show that:1)For one PV array in a ground PV power station,whether using copper core cables or aluminum alloy core cables,the cost of per watt cable when using a box inverter integrated machine is better than that when using a string inverter.2)For distributed PV power stations,when copper core cables are used and string inverters are arranged in a centralized manner,the per watt cables cost of PV power stations is lower;When aluminum alloy core cables are used,per watt cables cost of PV power station is lower when the string inverter is arranged in a dispersed manner.3)In the actual laying process of cables,their usage is easily affected by factors such as terrain,structural form of PV bracket,height of the lowest point on the inclined surface of PV brackets from the ground,depth of cable laying,and equipment installation height,making their actual usage greater than the design usage of wiring software.In the hope that this study can provide reference for the cable laying methods and cable selection of future PV power generation projects.
