摘　　要：文章介绍一种基于焊材编码思想,借助Excel平台及其二次开发工具VBA开发而成的程序,用户可以通过该程序自动导入四个部门需求预测文件中的焊材信息,并进行快速汇总,结合现有库存情况快速计算后三天的库存余量,根据技术部提供的最小库存余量,将小于该库存余量的边界焊材标识出来,并用一个单独文件以两种形式供相关人员预测结果,以满足企业不同人员的个性化需求。This paper introduces a program based on the idea of welding material coding,developed with the help of Excel platform and its secondary development tool VBA.Users can automatically import welding material information from four department demand prediction files through this program,and quickly summarize it.Based on the existing inventory situation,the inventory surplus for the next three days can be quickly calculated.According to the minimum inventory surplus provided by the technical department,boundary welding materials that are less than this inventory surplus can be identified,and provide a separate file in two forms for relevant personnel to predict the results,in order to meet the personalized needs of different personnel in the enterprise.
