摘　　要：针对石化旋转设备传统故障诊断方法落后的现状,为满足其远程状态监测和智能故障诊断的需求,通过对采集到的传感器信号进行分析处理,利用.Net数据库访问、Socket网络通信、MATLAB和C#混合编程等技术,设计开发了基于浏览器/服务器(browser/server,B/S)模式的石化旋转设备远程状态监测与智能故障诊断系统,实现了数据库管理、状态监测与分析及故障诊断等功能,可以为石化企业中旋转设备的状态监测、故障诊断和维修保养提供依据,并带来有形的经济效益和无形的社会效益。In view of the backward status of traditional fault diagnosis methods for petrochemical rotating equipment,to meet the needs of remote condition monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis,a remote condition monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system for petrochemical rotating equipment based on B/S mode is designed and developed by analyzing and processing the collected sensor signals,and using Net database access,Socket network communication,MATLAB and C#mixed programming technology.The functions of database management,condition monitoring and analysis and fault diagnosis are realized.It can provide the basis for the condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance of rotating equipment in petrochemical enterprises and bring tangible economic benefits and intangible social benefits.
