摘　　要：某炼铁厂开展烧结杯试验,研究不同燃料配加方式、不同燃料粒度组成情况下,烧结固体燃料消耗和烧结利用系数变化,成品矿质量及烧结矿还原度、低温还原粉化指数等冶金性能指标的影响,实现优化烧结生产配矿方案、提高烧结技术指标烧结矿冶金性能指标的目的。A sintering cup test was carried out in an iron smelting plant to study the changes of solid fuel consumption and sintering utilization coefficient,the effects of finished ore quality,sinter reduction degree,low temperature reduction pulverization index and other metallurgical performance indicators under different fuel mixing methods and different fuel particle size composition,so as to optimize the ore blending scheme of sintering production and improve the sintering technical indicators of sinter metallurgical performance indicators.
