摘　　要：本文主要从莱钢3200 m^(3)高炉大修放残铁的制约因素、绳锯残铁前的准备以及绳锯残铁的过程措施三个方面讲述高炉大修不放残铁而采用金刚石串珠绳锯残铁的应用实践。This paper mainly describes the application practice of diamond beaded rope saw without discharging residual iron in the overhaul of 3200 m^(3)blast furnace in Laisteel from three aspects:the restrictive factors,the preparation before rope sawing residual iron and the process measures of rope sawing residual iron.
