山西建龙5#高炉喷涂开炉快速达产降耗的研究

摘　　要：山西建龙5#高炉2023年11月检修喷涂复产,全焦开炉炉况稳定,煤比快速达到140 kg/t,燃料比快速降到520 kg/t,第三天日产3354.24 t,实现开炉复产的预期目标。研究表明:喷涂造衬规范操作炉型为气流合理分布、炉况稳定奠定了基础;对高炉烘炉时间、带风装料时间以及风量合理把控是前期炉况平稳恢复的关键;预埋氧枪快速加热炉缸为初期料柱松动、快速引煤气创造必要条件;对复产进程合理把控,协调炉内冶强控制与炉外出铁矛盾,做到前稳后快,对于开炉稳定快速达产降耗至关重要。Shanxi Jianlong 5#blast furnace resumed production in November 2023.The condition of full coke furnace was stable,the coal ratio quickly reached 140 kg/t,the fuel ratio quickly dropped to 520 kg/t,and the daily output was 3354.24 t on the third day,realizing the expected goal of restart.The research shows that the standard operation furnace type of spraying lining lays a foundation for the reasonable distribution of gas flow and the stability of furnace condition.Reasonable control of blast furnace drying time,charging time with air and air volume is the key to stable recovery of furnace condition in the early stage.The embedded oxygen gun rapid heating furnace cylinder creates the necessary conditions for the loosening of the initial material column and rapid gas extraction.It is very important to control the process of production resumption reasonably,coordinate the contradiction between the control of smelting strength in the furnace and the iron outside the furnace,and achieve stable and rapid production and consumption reduction.
