摘  要:某焦化厂调整5#、6#焦炉的配煤结构,下调优质焦煤配比,增配底子料,调整后焦炭反应后强度由65%下降到59%。焦炭反应后强度降低后使用5#、6#焦炉自产焦炭的高炉生铁成本降低,但同时高炉也出现了风量回缩、顺行变差等问题,经调整逐步得到解决。A coking plant adjusted the mixing structure of 5#and 6#coke ovens,reduced the ratio of high-quality coke coal and added the base material,and the strength of coke after the adjustment was reduced from 65%to 59%.The cost of blast furnace pig iron produced by 5#and 6#coke ovens is reduced after the strength of coke reaction is reduced,but at the same time,the blast furnace also has some problems such as air volume shrinkage and downward variation,which are gradually solved by adjustment.
