摘 要:研究了氧化球团煤基氢冶金还原产出直接还原铁的熔分试验。试验结果表明:该直接还原铁在马弗炉、中频炉中均可实现熔分,渣铁分离良好,产出了含Fe率99.80%以上的低碳、低磷、低硫铁水,铁水主要指标达到工业纯铁标准,MFe的收得率约为80%,为酒钢煤基氢冶金绿色短流程制钢新工艺路线的优化和产业化研究提供了技术支持。The melting experiment of direct reduced iron from oxidized pellet coal based hydrogen metallurgy reduction was studied.The experimental results show that:the direct reduced iron can be melted in both muffle furnace and intermediate frequency furnace,and the slag and iron separation is good,and the low carbon,low phosphorus and low sulfur molten iron with Fe content of more than 99.80%is produced.The main indicators of molten iron reach the industrial pure iron standard,and the yield of MFe is about 80%,which provides technical support for the optimization and industrialization of the new process route of coal-based hydrogen metallurgy green steel making.
