摘　　要：设计和研究了高强度预应力钢丝用盘条87B的成分,通过低倍检验、拉伸试验、金相观察等分析手段研究了铸坯、盘条的组织与力学性能。结果表明:生产的Φ12.5 mm 87B盘条平均抗拉强度1216 MPa,平均断面收缩率34%,氧化层厚度为10~20μm,盘条各项性能均满足用户的需求。The composition of wire rod 87B for high strength prestressed steel wire was designed and studied.The microstructure and mechanical properties of cast billet and wire rod were studied by means of low power test,tensile test and metallographic observation.The results show that the average tensile strength of the producedΦ12.5 mm 87B wire rod is 1216 MPa,the average section shrinkage is 34%,the oxide layer thickness is 10~20μm,and all the properties of the wire rod meet the needs of users.
