摘  要:铜阳极火法精炼利用氧化还原反应除杂,并将Cu品位从98.5%提升至99.5%以上。氧化还原反应过程中As、Sb和Bi的脱除率分别为35.99%、36.16%和37.02%。试验表明:粗铜中S含量每降低0.01%,阳极氧化操作可节约20 min;粗铜中O含量每降低0.1%,阳极还原操作可节约15 min。粗铜中的S、O含量决定了氧化还原的操作时长,精准控制其含量有利于缩短阳极火法精炼操作周期,减少能源的消耗。Copper anodic fire refining process was used to remove impurities by REDOX reaction,and the Cu grade was increased from 98.5%to 99.5%.The removal rates of As,Sb and Bi were 35.99%,36.16%and 37.02%,respectively.The results show that when S content in copper is reduced by 0.01%,the anodizing operation can save 20 min.When the O content of crude copper is reduced by 0.1%,the anodic reduction operation can save 15 min.The S and O content in crude copper determines the operation time of REDOX,and precise control of its content is conducive to shortening the operation cycle of anode fire refining and reducing energy consumption.
