摘 要:本试验针对当前热压酸浸处理铜阳极泥卡尔多炉处理过程中,卡尔多炉冶炼尾渣中所含文丘里泥的高值化利用率低、处理难度大、有价金属回收率低等问题,以文丘里泥为研究对象,结合卡尔多炉法处理铜阳极泥时碲的分布走向规律,开展基于该规律的文丘里泥开路法提取碲技术研究,优化铜阳极泥卡尔多炉法处理工艺。本试验的工艺研究,为进一步优化铜阳极泥卡尔多炉工艺,实现文丘里泥中碲的高效分离与浸取提供可靠理论依据。Aiming at the problems of low utilization rate of high value,difficult treatment and low recovery rate of valuable metals contained in the tailings of Cardo furnace in the current process of hot pressing and acid leaching treatment of copper anode mud,this experiment took Venturi mud as the research object and combined with the distribution trend of tellurium in the treatment of copper anode mud by Cardo multifurnace method.Based on this rule,the open-circuit extraction technology of tellurium from Venturi mud was studied,and the processing technology of copper anode mud was optimized by Carmulti-furnace method.The technological research of this experiment provides a reliable theoretical basis for further optimizing the Carmulti-furnace process of copper anode mud and realizing efficient separation and leaching of tellurium from Venturi mud.
