摘 要:本文采用梯度透析法除去铜电解液样品中的高酸、高铜背景,处理后的样品可直接使用凝胶色谱法检测聚丙烯酰胺浓度,并对方法的线性、回收率、精密度进行验证。结果表明:PAM浓度和峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9992,样品的加标回收率为89.5%~91.3%,相对标准偏差为4.8%~6.5%,该方法重复性良好,操作简便快速,适用于铜电解液中聚丙烯酰胺的检测。In this paper,the high acid and high copper background in copper electrolyte samples was removed by gradient dialysis method.The polyacrylamide concentration of the treated samples could be directly detected by gel chromatography,and the linearity,recovery rate and precision of the method were verified.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of PAM and the peak area,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9992.The recoveries of the samples were 89.5%~91.3%,and the relative standard deviations were 4.8%~6.5%.The method had good repeatability,simple and rapid operation,and was suitable for the detection of polyacrylamide in copper electrolyte.
