摘　　要：在不同用途的8011铝合金连续铸轧生产线上,通过不同精炼剂的物相分析、铝熔体密度检测和金相显微镜下夹杂形貌图对比,研究了铝合金连续铸轧炉内精炼效果,提出了精炼剂选择的部分建议,为工业生产提供参考。In the continuous casting and rolling production line of 8011 aluminum alloy for different purposes,the refining effect in the continuous casting and rolling furnace of aluminum alloy was studied through the phase analysis of different refining agents,the density detection of aluminum melt and the comparison of inclusions morphology under metallographic microscope.Some suggestions on the selection of refining agents were put forward,which could provide reference for industrial production.
